I've been weight lifting for like.. a year now. I've been pretty on and off but atm I'm sticking to it.
I just wanna know if anyone knows how to lose fat fast? I'm not fat it's just I have a little excess flab on my stomach.. but the rest of my body is absolutely fine. I can see a little outline on my 6-pack I just need to bulk it more, and rid of the flab that's covering it.
Also, I have a barbell, but I don't have the bench.. do you guys know any alternatives to work on my chest? or any alternatives for a bench? They're pretty expensive and I don't have the money to buy it right now.
I work out like 5 times a week, and go gym once a week, and have a rest day.
