I currently going back to the gym and get back in shape.

I go to the gym 5 days a week for 1 hour of weight training and aerobic exercise. I have been doing this for 1 week so far. So how long will i be able to see good results if I keep this going?

What do you mean results? 5 days a week's pretty intense aslong as you are alternating exercises and muscle groups you should be alright but remember recovery is just as important as exercise.

If you are doing alot of aerobic exercies as well as weight traning depending on your body type and the fact that you are almost going everyday you should be seeing results in terms of defintion within a couple of weeks.

If you are talking results in terms of mass and strength gains thats alot harder to predict as it depends on your body type, your regime, calorie intake, recovery etc.... are all factors. Putting on mass is a long term commitment and takes months rather than weeks (the nattural way that is without the sue of drugs).

This goes the same for professional body builders as well it takes them a couple of months at least to put on any noticeble size (again the natural way).

Im back hittn the gym as well I'm workn my way back to the way I was in the summer I should definitely be ready for this summer.
