OK here is the question/story.

I am an caucausian. I hang out with my Hmong brothers frequently. I own a small company and Friday I知 going to have a toast for a new hire. I know some things about toasting, but not much. They include me but teach a little. I thought I壇 write to get some more opinions/insight before this one.

Here is my understanding so far:
I知 giving the toast so I make the rules. Fill with the hand to the side I知 passing to. Always fill to the top. One cup is for friendship or whatever I desire the other for something else.

Please correct and or add to this.

I used to know this one Caucasian friend who knows how to kneel down (paying respect to the elders). It was bad-azz. lol
