hi! im from canada and never been to boracay, i've heard good and bad things, just wanna know who else here have been there and their opinions

you wil pay environmental fee/ boat for almost 2 dollars... then ride a tricycle and go to station 2(center) and try hyatt regency boracay..

But if you're looking for a quiet place, you can try the new tourism zone in Aklan- the beaches of Jawili...

here's how!

Punta ka ng Cubao, Sa likod ng Ali Mall may Bus Terminal dun, sumakay ka ng Bus byaheng Caticlan/Roxas/Ilo-ilo basta papuntang panay.

mura lang mga 1,200 lang! o eh di sabihin natin 3,000.00 and balikan may pang yosi ka pa.

pagdating mo Caticlan, Aklan, Sakay ka ng Pampasaherong Banka papuntang Boracay, siguro wala pang 30 pesos and pamasahe dun.

Ihahatid ka nung Banka sa Area #3. Ang Area #3 ay Lugar na pang pinoy, mura dun!

Ok, kung gusto mo maka libre ng Accomodation, Magdala ka ng Tent, anyway ang pinakamababang rate ng room sa Area #3 ay more or less 800 Php.

Gusto mong murang pagkain, pumunta ka ng Palenke, Bagtasin mo lang hanggang dulo. pagdating mo sa dulo may pilahan ng tricycle. sa pilahan ng tricycle may mga kainan dun pang MASA ang PRESYO KAPATID.

yun may barangay dun, provincial style. BAT KALA NYO BA ANG BORACAY AY PURO HOTEL!

Along the Coast lang naman ang puro mga restaurant at kung ano-ano, pero sa gitna ng BORACAY ay isang Community, and for ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW, MAY MGA ATI COMMUNTY DIN SA BORACAY.



MAY IBA PANG DISKARTE NA MAS MURA PAPUNTANG BORACAY:

1. Sakay ka ng Bus Papuntang Batangas Port, Tapos Sumakay ka dun ng RORO papuntang MINDORO, Pagdating ng CALAPAN, MINDORO Sakay ka ulit ng Bus or FX byaheng ROXAS, MINDORO.

Pagdating ng ROXAS PORT, sakay ka ulit ng RORO byaheng CATICLAN, AKLAN (Gateway to Boracay).

Tapos yun, Sakay ka ng Banka papuntang Boracay....

2. Sakay ka ng SuperFerry Byaheng Caticlan, Aklan. tapos ayon dun na!

Dun ako mga bro by mid April.....just incase anybody here had plans going to the island in April..kitakits tayo.

I will be traveling via ferry in North Harbor all the way to Caticlan..(fully booked na ang mga flights to Roxas & Kalibo....same with Asian Spirit who had flights to Caticlan unless somebody cancelled their trip)

By the way, Boracay nowadays seems more of a party place to me. I was there around mid 80's when they still don't have electricity...it was a paradise then.

seriously boracay is one of the best beaches in the world... the sand is like a powder on your feet.. just try it for yourself..

is tha near kalibo? i heard good things about the beaches in buswang.
