Its not illegal to put up any sign, anywhere, in English but the French has to be alot bigger than the English translation.
If you can only speak of negative things about Quebec then you've never lived in Montreal
We speak "Québécois" more like buthchered french

you gotta be kidding me. There are dramatic differences. Venture into a french neighborhood in Canada and the number of attractive people are everywhere. Go to an Anglo neighborhood and maybe rarely you'll see some attractive people. It may also be a cultural thing. French people are more stylish and take the time to put together better outfits and make themselves look better.
You can see these differences in theri interior decorating too. A french family's house on the inside is always decorated nicely with good taste. Go to a typical Anglo family's house and the most you can expect is that it be clean and neat. No style or taste whatsoever.

it depends on where you live.
anyone who live in yuppie communities or near universities in urban areas will tend to look sophisticated and cultured regardless of whether or not it is anglo or french. french neighborhoods are a cultural entity, distinct from any where else in canada. those near montreal will attract the more cultured types, who typically dress more stylishly, take better care of themselves, in better shape, etc, which makes them more attractive.
most suburban areas outside of the large urban centers will look drab and mundane in comparison. people from these communities will look less attractive due to the fact that anglo suburban life usually does not lead to a very healthy lifestyle.

I love french-canadian girls. My dream is to marry one. I'll learn french too. I think french-canadians are more compatible with chinese than anglo-canadians are with Chinese. French-Canadians are very family-oriented and conservative. The two also pay attention to style as well as eating right. Many French-Canadians enjoy chinese food as well and respect Chinese culture.
The girls also tend to be more petite and more like Asian girls and they aren't as fat as Anglos.

We had a tour guide in Montreal who was a French Canadian man, the funny thing is they were explaining the flags of Quebec, and the flag of Montreal, but when he tried to explain the flag of Canada he just simply said "I don't know anything about that flag that wasn't there yesterday".
But yeah I also saw some French Canadian girls, they are all sexy. I think they would be more likely to date a Filipino guy than a Anglo Canadian.

your assumptions are so annoying.

stop analyzing people and start chopping some girls.
Anyways I love Québec lol. Montréal being my favourite by far because they don't b!tch as much when it comes to anglophones. Québec also produces the best upcoming Canadian music.

Sabretooth is right though. It's far more akin to the French way of life than Canada is to it's British counterpart. Granted, Québec is quite different from France. You can tell just by the way they speak.

You're right.
They were the first to remove faith-based public schools. They did it in like the 70s or something. Thirty years later, the only province with free catholic education is Ontario. Hahah.
They also have the lowest church attendances (by far).

Yeah i think it's crazy that Catholic schools in Ontario are basically just public schools for Catholic kids. It's hard to believe that they have that in a country like Canada. Lol I went to a catholic school from K to 12.
Canadians are religious but progressive. Although I'd say as a group we're more "spiritual" than "religious".
Catholic schools aren't just for Catholics though. You used to need a baptismal certificate to be admitted into the schools but nowadays we have a fair amount of anglicans and muslims because they like the "faith environment" or whatever. Lots of orthodox christians too, but they're closer to roman catholics than protestants anyways.

If you get past the first stage, you get an interview. You pass the interview, you get a tour. After the tour, you get to be on the waiting list, and/or in the school.
It's so strict... but not a surprise, because the Catholic religion is pretty strict itself.

It is like a completely separate country within Canada.
Illegal to put up any sign, anywhere, in English.
Forces the whole country to have bilingual packaging.
Very high birth and welfare rates.
Generally, held in disdain by the rest of the country. ESPECIALLY the Western part of the country.

You’re an idiot! There are hot girls all over Canada Anglo or French, the only difference is that the French girls dress up more, so I guess in your mind that makes them “hot”. I’ve seen plenty of fugly French Canadian girls and a lot of super hot Anglo girls, so they’re hardly “the ugliest white people in the world” I think you need to look in a mirror, because I doubt you’d win any beauty contest your probably uglier than any “Anglo” or French Canadian could ever be! I think in order to find the ugliest people in the world; I’d have to go visit you and your family! The French don’t even like French Canadians they consider them their backward cousins and they absolutely hate the way they speak French. All in all there really is no major difference in looks between French or Anglo girls in Canada.

Disregarding the women and culture. Quebec is a $hit province, I really don't care how amazing Montreal it is. Why are my tax dollars being transferred to Quebec in equalization payments so they can use it to legislate retarded laws like Bill 101 (The french sign law)? The entire east coast starting from Quebec is just a huge black hole sucking money out of the rest of Canada, we'd be better off without them.

Every day since returning, something happens where I'm like "ugh, fu-k this stupid city, Toronto is a $hithole full of idiots, I am moving to Montréal ASAP"
The only huge problem in QC that I see is that they absolutely despise black people.

So much for being progressive.
