exterior looks BORING and UNINSPIRED. but whatever. inside looks beautiful. apparently there's a 4 storey mall attached to the airport? how typical of the philippines.

i dont think its gonna open anytime soon! sooo many problems with papers and crap! geez

a german bank financed the airport but only 1/3 of the money went into actual contruction. 2/3 went to kickbacks and to pay off local officials. i believe this is in arbitration where it was discovered that the philippine owned company is actually a front for foreign owners. several llp's hiding behind a filipino front. anyway the philippines gov is being sued to pay up by the german bank, but it refuses too because there is fraud.

also a japanese inspector cited poor workmanship with cracks in the foundation and they refused to approve the airport.

i hate the main terminal in NAIA. it's like a fu-kin Divisoria almost.

terminal 2 is new and still looks kinda ghetto anyways. lol.

eeewww ive seen that! new but looks garbage. thats where my mom landed year ago.
