It's one of those shows in Japan which is similar to 스펀지 (this show is hilarious, by the way) broadcasted in South Korea where they teach you about barely known facts in society, history, culture, and so on.
The theme is that whenever someone finds a lost wallet in South Korea, the finder can drop it off at a nearby mailbox and the post office will send that to a police station, where a desk worker will call the owner of the wallet using whatever ID they can find inside the wallet, and the item will be returned either by pick-up in police station or postal delivery. (The postal delivery costed ₩4,500, which is about USD$4.50, give or take a few cents)
I found this to be hilarious. The first person, a girl, ran down the street thinking that someone else was the owner of the wallet. The second person, a male student on a bike, tried to take it and leave before the TV studio guys stopped him. The last were a couple walking by, and the guy picked it up and was hesitating to let go of it while his girlfriend was dragging him and the wallet to the mailbox.
Great show, nonetheless.
