Two of the court case profiles show names of either a latin girl or a white girl one of them is her neighbor I think she got a restraining order against nida. So while the majority are desis not all of them are. There is a bias towards desis as being her general victims though. My analysis stipulates that the reason majority of her victims are desis is due to her tendency or insecurity in trying to fit in with them when she is rejected that is when she retaliates.

Yes, this is public information through the state system where she lives. The only catch is, you need to know her exact name and it isn't "Nidah Ghazi." Its a variation of it. As I stated, I have been conducting some priliminary research and investigating into her past the horror stories are unbelivable. There is a train wreck of victims none of them who can file grievances against Ms. Ghazi due to the courts being unaware of her historical transgressions. The only reason I am discussing this information here is because I cannot be liable for any information open to the public thanks to the public information act.

Simple, she's a stupid moron. I wouldn't tangle with her though unless I have the following:
1) A lot of time on my hands (court hearings)
2) Sustainable Income
3) Tolerance for immense drama

If you fulfill the above three requirements the latter is simple. It's almost a game of chess where you try to check-mate her before she does you. More often than not every case and every victim through the judicial system has come to a draw, never a decisive victor. And yes, she does have a designated lawyer who looks out for her interests, I have his name somewhere in my files.

If she is still online then all you need to do is transgress into her cyber domain and let her get to know you, you would have to reveal your information to her as a means to lure her, once you have, this is where the drama starts. She will send police after you, etc, etc, and your hope is you can make her slip where she files a general grievance against you. She will likely go to the district attorney and file a claim on false premises' at which point she will have to reveal her name and address. You can file a counter law-suit against her and grivances thereafter.

But, if this seems too long-winded, here's another suggestion. That's the public realm for the state of maryland. She does not reside in DC fyi. I will let you do the name searching, just remember, its a variance of the name, stick to last names, first isn't strictly important but it'll be obvious.

I would like to know why you're so interested in all this though, it peaks my curiosity. Btw, in case I forgot to mention this. 80% of the times she will not appear in court and try to get the motion dismissed. Her pleasure comes from causing the discomfort people feel when she acts the way she does. If you are seriously considering filing a legal suit against her, consult the district attorney and see if you can file a civil charge through that court system. In all honesty the attorney there will not advise you on anything, so you either need to hire a lawyer or do the research yourself. Expect her to "delay" the motion by either not showing up to court or making an excuse so the case is forwarded. One way to bypass this is to request at the hearing from the judge by showing substantial evidence (like the one listed on that website) that she has a habit of doing this and she is playing the legal system. This will render the court to file criminal summons - that's when the real game starts.

Trust me bud, no one goes looking for her unless they're personally involved. So I'm not buying it; but, if your friends need legal counsel they may contact me via this site and I'll see what I can do on the legal end. If they've been victimized they need proof of their victimization.
