Last Friday my friends and I were watching this Japanese movie Ping Pong, and I said it was awesome, even though I had my doubts. Has anyone else watched it?

You can't judge a movie because of butterfly wings that movie was good.

i had it running in the background, but i didn't really like it. Japanese movies are kind of hard to watch. Same for the dramas with some exceptions. It's funny though, but the guy that plays Mr. Hochino or whatever his name is was also in Great Teacher Onizuka but I didn't recognize him til' someone made mention of it.

Is not really fantasy. One of the character is called butterfly Joe and they used that to do some symbolism, but they don't power up or anything. I had my doubts, but I ended up liking the movie.

It's a great movie. The soundtrack was also good, very motivating when you hear it . I just had to download those songs, lol.

Overall story was based on the manga, which I didn't know at first. Very interesting on how animator drew the characters.

I think it was ok, sometimes are a bit slow.

I prefer The Waterboys

I heard Waterboys is meant to be good actually, want to see it. I noticed you have an All about Lily Chou Chou sig, which is a good, though I preferred Love Letter
