Great honor for me to have been known by your forum
(when you wrote about me here i think by poknat.
RTC MALABON since it was created had 5 judges
the dockets are so clogged since my sala in 1999 alone had 700 pending cases
while here at my town of malolos,
of 27 judges
each would have only 200 cases, so corruption is so pervasive)
now
Judge Rosa Reyes died of 2 years battle with lung cancer last march 9 07
while Judge Benjamin Antonio who amassed wealth, with his gay clerk of court who had cars and apartments,
he retired forcibly on jan 15 due to pressures and ailments.
so with my separation and appeal pending
MALABON IS LITERALLY PARALIZED with only 2 judges aquino and laurea
the supreme court appointed 2 assisting judges there, Leonida and soleren from quezon who has not yet sit down)
