I don't know too many Desi girls with D cups (unless they're fat), but a fair amount have have C cups and bigger B cups (36 B, 38 B, etc).

There are a lot of tricks to make boobs look bigger. I wouldn't even trust celebrity pictures, because it's so easy to make yourself look bigger than you are.

I don't even think a lot of guys out there know what a push-up bra is. Even for everyday women, there are tricks to make yourself look a cup size bigger or have more cleavage.
