I barely understand Kapampangan, but I know what you just wrote doesn't make any kind of sense.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the word "Nokareng" means "where" in English, right? "Ketang" means there?

Yup! born and raised, but I did live in Pampanga for 4 years straight back in the mid/late 70s when the PI didn't have mega malls and paved roads.
