The Vietnam government isn't sueing America, it's private Vietnamese citizens who have suffered from Agent Orange who are sueing the chemical companies in private court. The government doesn't want bad relations with the U.S.
The U.S judge actually compensated US veterens recently for any harm done to them by Agent Orange, so now the Vietnamese civilians feel they should get compensated as well. Seems fair to me.

well because BUSH has make american's credibility to a bad rating, and now its the perfect chance to actualy to see any hope in winning this case, with american influence going down and its allies now DARE to not obey them.

viets trying to sue the United states. now thats funny. they shouldve know that uncle sam has an army of lawyers that is bigger than all the lawyer in the rest of the world combined. suing uncle sam is just like burning money for heat
