Avatar: The Last Airbender...

"Paramount Pictures and Nick Movies announced that they have signed M. Night Shyamalan to write, direct and produce the first of a trilogy of live-action films based on the series. The first of which will encompass the main characters' adventures of Book one." beerchug.gif

It'll be live-action, by the way. biggthumpup.gif

Variety: Shyamalan's 'Avatar' also to bigscreen

This would be awesome. beerchug.gif

I wonder who they would get to play them, if they would be massive hollywood stars?? or normal actors.

And I wonder what the kung fu would be like?

i just got a boner. animation effects these days are amazing. i think if they did a good job on avatar, it would look REALLY nice. plus the scenery would be very asian-ish, which looks nice also. the biggest "wtf?" i would get would be all white actors in an asian setting. that would be so weird to watch...

but id watch anyway, cuz i think avatar is awsome.
Sephy
I think alot of the characters from Avatar look white, if not that then atleast a mix of asian and white.

apart from people like Iro or Princess Suki.
