i lived in Stockton for awhile. i hated that $hitty city

well, i'm from 559... which is pretty damn close to the 209.

it's actually a town, not a city. :P
anyways, stockton is sort of a crappy place, since it's so ghetto w/ all the ghetto ppl.

Everyone refers to it as a city. From their website and banners all over downtown.

yea, too many ghetto people. you see a lot of little kids/teens running around posing as thugs/gangsters. the city does look a whole lot better than 5-6 years ago. They are starting to remodel and build new buildings and homes.

Have you been to Eight mile road? theres a huge community over there... homes that costs 500K -1million+. that suprised me when i first saw it

yeah i have been to 8 mile road. i used to go there a lot of times cuz i went to school past that road. in bear creek.

n plus, our reg house that we lived in is still better than those high cost houses.

I live in stockton. Some parts are ghetto than other parts. Morada/ Eight Mile/ Brookside/ West Stockton are the better areas.

i wouldnt say stockton is all that ghetto.... i use to live there and it was okay... most part its looks run down and stuff... i used to live on kelly dr... but i notice it got cleaner when i just visit recently... compare to oak park in sac... where im pretty much by it... stockton seems more civilize... haha... i just had to say it... i thought stock town folks knows how to have fun... i kick it with my cuzin and he sure know how to sure me a good time... hahah... well that and its pretty close to jackson rancheria soo i can always hit up the place..

no, you're talking about the other side of the tracks. =P I went to morada middle and it wasn't that bad. BUt after my generation left for highschool, I heard the coming students turned the school upside down.

Stockton isn't THAT bad considering it is a valley town. They got a bunch of MMA events at the new Arena and iceskating etc.

They also opened a new CHinese market.

Oh, and Oriental Buffet is da bomb! (by the mall...is that what its called?)

They got my favorite Shirmp Dumpings though. That crap costs like 3.50 for 4 of them at the tea house. I load up and eat 20-30 of them. It's heaven for me. hOW gOW.

NO. You know that theater on west lane there's a buffet across from the office. It seems like every year it turns into a new buffet LOL that place and property is total bad luck. And there's some asian buffet right in close vicinity.

Oriental Buffet makes me sick everytime I eat there. The food is good but it fills me up too quickly. There is a BJ's that's going to open right across from Delta.

i remember when it was a golden corral, lol. that place was nasty. you can eat there for dinner and see 2-3 families sitting there relxing since lunch time. management tryin gto kick people out is a normal thing... that might be why it went out of business.

^ after golden coral, some guy opened a sushi/asian buffet, after that a chinese buffet, after that a sushi buffet once more lol that location is just bad luck. They ought to turn it into an in n out.

YEA I KNOW HUH....LOL....u see that too...that place gets no business....even though it's in the right area...i mean Those ppl from work from telemarket office should eat there...but i don't see it happenning....or maybe it's just cause i don't work there...but they do change the name quite often..
