Newly- Appointed Japanese Ambassador Meets Cambodian Prime Minister

A newly-appointed Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia HE Katsuhiro Sihnohara paid a courtesy visit to Samdech Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia in Phnom Penh on May 10.
During the meeting, Katsuhiro Shinohara, a newly-appointed Japanese ambassador informed Cambodia Prime Minister that he will do his utmost to strengthen and consolidate the cooperation between Cambodia and Japan, said Eang Sophallet, assistant to Premier Hun Sen.
In reply, Samdech Hun Sen expressed profoundly thanked to Japanese government for helping Cambodia in its development and asked Katsuhiro Shinohara to help boost a direct flight from Japan to Cambodia and build Neak Loeung bridge in his diplomatic mission’s mandate in Cambodia.--
