if you like each other, age/race/religion should not be a factor.

that was ok.. though i thought (at first) that he was only one year younger... i later discovered (when we broke up) that he was two years younger...

I'm a girl and would NEVER date a guy younger than me...in fact, I wouldn't even date one my own age b/c guys are just too immature, and I don't want to end up babysitting. I usually go for guys 3-5 yrs older than me.

personally though .... I prefer OLDER guys

I'm not sure where I stand on this.

I'm more traditional, and would realistically go for a girl who is 1-2 years younger than me. Yet, a part of me is somehow attracted to the idea of going for a girl who's older than me. Or maybe a girl who would be quite a bit younger than me - i.e., I would be maybe 8-10 years older (I'd maybe be 30+ years old by then, and she'd be in her early/mid-20's.)

3 years younger is the max for a girl. and older girls even tho sometimes there have been girls 2 eyars older who were attracted and ppl said we could make it together, usualy they say guys even at that age are hella stupid and they dont want someone too old but i had to grow up way to fast when i was young and it hurt a lot but it sorta pays off later not being so damn ignorant.

i wouldn't go wit agirl more then a year older then me tho. dates are fine i've gone on dates with girls as much as 4 years older then me and we had a fun time but u kno i wouldn't call them back.

it really depends why u were crying, if it was somthing actualy serious then i'd really show wat it means to be happy even if its just for a little while. there re a lot of things ppl can do to be extreamly happy, but usualy the feeling fades as time goes on.

I have a range of 10 years. 2 years younger (usually 5, but I don't wanna go to jail) and 8 years older (usually 5 too, but gotta fill out the 10 years). Right now I'd to the younger range if I was really desperate, but in 5 years or so it might be normal.

I don't have a huge age preference anymore, I used to though. Now I say that as long as I'm attracted it doesn't matter. Of course, I tend to not to be attracted to people over their 40's or under their 20's (there are exceptions, but generally not) so I guess I still have preferences.
