Use negative keywords, use a query like this: "Vietnam -war -veterans -vietcong".

There is no negative words.
How about just search for Vietnamese in News
For instance:

To make sure that ba que and the 30-plus-year-old-war craps don't show up on Google search, I use "news" OR "Thông tin" site:.vn . The white American man's news about VN always insert all the war reference craps everywhere.

American is made of many people of different cultural backgrounds.
I just did a search on google using the Vietnam, but also you have to realize that it is memorial week in the United States so that is why there would be news stories about Vietnam Veterans.

keywords, not negative words. Neagtive keywords are even older than Google itself. Did you even try the query from my post. It works with Google.
