nah, it's not really blood. they just do the "act". it's usually our governor as Sikatuna and our city mayor as Legazpi. and to comment on the meaning of Sandugo that is wrong. The Sandugo Festival is celebrated as a symbol of the 1st treaty of friendship between the white and brown races.. it was not meant to be as a symbol of colonization. Sikatuna meant it to be as friendship but the Spaniards lied about their purpose.

want to go to cebu, when i get back i just hope i got enought time yeahah. i got some cebuano girls, thinking i was ilocano, saying oh come on come over we'll show you visayan hospitality. dang i heard some great reviews about balikbayan visits, i want to go karaoke and beach party startin at sundown. i heard chics there are like all over the place. just hope most of 'em speak tagalog.
