No, I'm neither Japanese or Korean. And I am mainly just speaking from my experience in both countries, but also from what literally everyone I've spoken to thinks about it as well. I think most Koreans are good and tolerant, but the racism there can be pretty brutal... Just look at all the Koreans (and Chinese as well) on this forum bashing so-called 'asiaphiles' and non-Koreans who want to date/marry Koreans (promoting racial segregation), and all the blind hatred toward Japan (like calling Miss Japan an "ugly Japanese b1tch" on the other thread). I'm not saying Koreans are the only ones who do this, but I think they get more carried away about it. I have met quite a few good Korean friends, whom I really like and respect a lot, but it was always disappointing to hear them insult and disrespect the Japanese... I can guarantee you that most Japanese people don't talk like that about Koreans (if anything Japanese people just get annoyed at all the prejudice against them and the hostility).
The Japanese may have their deep down racist beliefs (like so many people do), but I still find them to be quite tolerant overall. This is my opinion (based on my experience), feel free to disagree. I'm not trying to bash Korea, because I honestly do like it, but the level of in-your-face racism is hard to ignore.
Huh! Well, it's better for someone to know how they feel by expressing one self so maybe a person with different thoughts could change their views rather than someone bottling up hate towards people and never saying a thing, but you not knowing that they hate you is kind of unsettling, don't you think?

something similar comes to mind. I just know like in LA. From what i experienced. Black people talk crap about white people all they want. But the White people dont dare say a word about the black people. And they tend to take all the trash talk. For example i use to have this crazy english class when i was a senior. I had this white teacher and he tended to be pretty racist. All the black kids would yell in class "Cracker!!" "Honkey!!!" "Redneck!!" And the teacher doesnt say anything. A lot of the times the teacher would make fun of the Latinos and asians. Which was pretty offensive. There was this one time this korean girl and she said "I'm going to read this korean song. I translated it into english so i can read it for you" And the teacher was like "Thank god, if it was in korean it would probably be like CHING CHONG CHONG!!" and the girl was like so surprised and just stood in front of the class like she didnt know what to do. and she was like "but...its not chinese..." lol. He also says crap about latinos and all that. But never says stuff about black people. But he does give referrals out and stuff but yeah...
i got off the topic and all. my point wasnt saying white people are racist. but yeah. from what i've seen black people talk a lot of trash about white people, but white people never say anything about them. i think in a way it relates to what people are talking about. If it doesnt, you can just pretend you never read my post lol.
This reminds me of the word "Slavery". Slavery happened to all people. Asians, Whites, Blacks, EVERYBODY. Why? Slaves were mainly Prisoners of War. People that were thought to be weak physically and mentally. Whites back in the days of slavery would spout anything hateful to Blacks and they would just take it. But now, Blacks are much stronger physically and mentally and the tables have turned. Racism is in your face when the antagonist is stronger physically and mentally.
Something to think about.
