in a law-abiding country like SG, some of these illegal trades still happen.

Juz like when SG removed all visa requirement for china and vietnam citizen for the sake of government relation...but they knew these will open the floodgate of illegal trade in the entertainment industry...but they are interested in the big windfall they would get in establishing big business in both countries....besides it would also entertain them...why bother when you can kill 2 birds with one stone...or d!ck
