get it at Limewire. Just choose the free stuff (basic) then choose if it's a Microsoft, Mac, depending on your computer. Caution, some programs/songs/videos/pictures may contain viruses. but as i said...only Some.

for free, kalibog.com. if you want to buy and support pinoy artists , which is the right thing to do, i suggest fliptunes or pinoyradio. just google them.
