should be around 100 million each. Both governments

need to have affective population management program

so the living standards of people in these two countries

can be increased.

Why only 100 million. If the economy can sustain it, we can push it even higher. We can always build more skyscrapers to meet the housing requirements. When that is not enough, we can send the excess population to our neighboring countries, like Cambodia, Laos, and even China.
