Popular northern BUrmese food includes many with Chinese origin including :

Kohn Baong Ji = Gong Bao Ji ( Kung Pao Chicken )

Paok Si = Cha Shao Pao

Kung Pao chicken is often matched with Hsun Htan Hin Jo = Hsun Htan Soup .

Hsun Htan has no meaning in Burmese . Can anyone tell me if they know which Mandarin ( Putonghua ) term it comes from ?

YaoRockets
Paok Si is probably from "Bao Zi"

Hsun Htan Soup could be "suan cai" 酸菜汤 ... but you need to be more specific, like what the ingredients are and how it's made.
