When you are turned down by a girl and she say lets just be friend or whatever, whats the point of being friends? I understand that girls like guy friends but I don't believe guys have girl friends. They just have girls that they haven't fu-k yet... sorry it's the truth. Why wast your time listening to them cry, whine, b!tch,their girl $hit and blah blah blah. When they get married friendship is over because their man is always up their @$$ about her buddy.

lol they are like my only friends at Uni. I only have 2 guy friends, and i don't even really hang out with them. Maybe it's the reason why i am sooo E-Gay. The fact that i have more female friends..

in college, my only real guy friends are the other memebers of the my frat and sorority... they don;t complain about being friends with their sisses though...

I agree with you completely! I think there are some circumstances that might be exempt. For example, my best friend is old enough to be my mother and her son is the same age, same birthday even, as me, so we hang out sometimes when I'm at their house. Or in high school, my best friend's brother was only a year older than us and we hung out with him alot. But both these situations were bec. of family.

As far as that "I don't want to date you, let's just be friends" BS... yeah right... the only guys I've ever had that situation with were guys that I had already dated and had gotten the sex out of the way. Then we could be friends just fine with a limited amout of sexual tension.

I have had guy friends that I THOUGHT were just friends, but I find out later that they liked me more than a friend and were usually just waiting for me to brak up with my boyfriend to see if they're next in line.


You will almost never find a guy hanging out with an ugly girl unless he's also ugly or they're related. This is because most guys won't talk to a girl if she isn't sexable. Not necessarily datable, but sexable. Women are capable of normal convo... around other women. Most (not all) men have no interest in having normal conversation on a regular basis with a woman unless there's the chance that conversation will one day lead to sex.

I tend to get along better with girls then with guys (exceptions are made). I have a lot of female friends with who i would never ever want to sleep (for several reasons). I like listening to girls stories, since they don't try to impress me with musclestories like most guys do. in a way they are more objective about their own stories when they are talking to a guy...

I don't judge people who have one-night-stands... I can even imagine it being good, since sex is a fun thing to do, but - again believe it or not - I don't do them. There's a difference between the actual act and the tought of it, and that difference is very very present in my head, dear.

I have alot of guy friends who dont see me in that dirty way. lol They see me as a little sister, cause I've gotten curious and asked before during the random " Let hang out at the bar and chill". Most of the people i know want to friends. I dunno who you people meet but its not all about getting in someone's pants. I know alot of guys who are friends with girls cause they enjoy their company in a friend only way. ;P

and having girls as friends is beneficial, because you can ask her for advice when something comes up in your relationship with your girlfriend

I kno pleanty of guys that hang out & talk to ugly girls, including me, haha. If a girl has a really cool personality then i dont see why a guy cant be friends w/ her. I make friends regardless if they're male or female, just depends on their personality.

This is the question that was constantly asked in when Harry Met Sally. However I have guy friends that I have, but just talk about mundane randomn stuff, or ask them to help me out with something. And vice versa. Sometimes friends are there just to add to your network, you network and that helps you out in life. For example, they might have a job opening that they heard of, they work in the certain field your in and they help you out with any types of discounts, lectures, or buying textbooks.

I have a bunch of guy friends that I grew up with since elementary school until now. With some I became friends with from going out with one of their friends. What do I talk about with them? well I give them advice when they need it when it comes to girls, talk about random jumbo, and talk about the things we are into and that only includes music, some sports, and other wordly situations. If you seem that you cant be friends with girls then dont be friends with them, but it is possible to be friends with girls but if you seem that you are attractive to one of them then I can see that it is harder to just be friends with her.
