Anyone here knows anyone or is living in shanghai?

I'm interested to learn more about the place there. Everyone always talk about Hong Kong, isn't Shanghai more beautiful then Hong Kong?

well, been there in 2004 shanghai and left in 2005 to shenzhen and travel between hongkong over the weekend ... so what is new to be known ?

i've never been to HK, but i remember staying at a hotel in Pudong, Shanghai then left to see my relatives
few days after outside of the city.

if you want to try the real stuff though, it is probably one of the best places to go to.
it's very crowded and their mode of transportation are mostly by riding bikes/motorcycles.
bargaining is also very popular.

i just wish i could've stayed longer to enjoy the whole experience...

I loved Shanghai esp The Bund and XinTianDi area
