Besides sit ups any hassle free methods?

I think...Lipo or cardio... o_o

there's really no such thing as getting rid of fat in a certian area... You just need to get rid of fat all over :/

Eww. Why do you want a fat @$$? That's worse than a big belly!

Do 30 crunches before going to bed, and cut back on fried food. It'll be gone in weeks.

Well the only thing you can do to get rid of fat on your tummy is sit ups or any other work out like pilates and yoga. I knew a friend who did 500 sit ups every morning or whenever she wake up and her stomach was really nice! I know a lot! But if you really want to get rid of it you gotta set a time everyday to do sit ups or any work out to get that nice tummy I have no other ideas in how else you can get rid of it with no hassle.

the only way is to lose weight overall. fat tends to store in the belly first. so its both easy to lose as well as easy to gain.

Do lot of cardio and eat less.

chest can't be too flat but I'm not into big boobs. As for the @$$, yeh i prefer small asses. I'm not into the typical idealized hourglass figure.

Me too! I'm having the same problem...big booties are in, all the white girls even go and get the fat tranferred so they have a larger butt..makes pants look better when you have womanly curves, a flat butt doesn't look good in jeans.

No, the term hourglass figure is generally used with regard to voluptuous women (fat women), describing fat women as curvy embarassedlaugh.gif

Should be in proportion otherwise you look deformed.

Its fun. I like it mostly for the dance moves. lol My results are good but not as good as Turbo Jam. So I end up mixing both sets of DVDs so its all good ^^

to get washboard abs takes HELLA effort. try pilates. its really does firm ur belly & helps ur posture, too.

If you want a nice @$$, go do some squats.

heres a good answer:
to loose fat do the following:
limit your food intake
eat more complex carbohydrates (like fruits and veges they give energy and lots of nutrients w/ lil calories so u loose weight)
walking or swimming 30 min a day 3-5 days a week (best way to loose fat: slow paced exercise)

*aerobic exercise makes lose some fat but as much as slow paced ones; its burns calories instead*

extra advice:
check nutrition labels (not all fat free, low fat, reduced fat stuff has as lil fat as ya think)
too many calories = turned into fat, and fat cannot turn back into glucose (aka energy body needs) so it says there BWAHAHAHA its EVIL!! icon_twisted.gif

Just jump rope for 30 minutes a day. Cheapest and easiest quick way to lose weight. You learn to jump rope really fast and it helps your coordination and footwork alot in other things such as dancing, boxing etc.

You will need an Mp3 player too because it is super boring jumproping for 30 minutes. Burns calories like crazy though! biggthumpup.gif
