heres a good answer:to loose fat do the following:
limit your food intake
eat more complex carbohydrates (like fruits and veges they give energy and lots of nutrients w/ lil calories so u loose weight)
walking or swimming 30 min a day 3-5 days a week (best way to loose fat: slow paced exercise)
*aerobic exercise makes lose some fat but as much as slow paced ones; its burns calories instead*
extra advice:check nutrition labels (not all fat free, low fat, reduced fat stuff has as lil fat as ya think)
too many calories = turned into fat, and fat cannot turn back into glucose (aka energy body needs) so it says there BWAHAHAHA its EVIL!!
