I live in the West end of the GTA and the two places that stick out for an all you can eat are in;

1. Buffet king (don't remember exactly the name) ... The one in Rockwood mall. The atmosphere is pretty good, almost to the point of being an upscale restaurant. The prices are really cheap and the food is not great but better than average.

2. The Mandarin in Brampton. Great food and great "touristy" things to look at like the indoor waterfall, the daily feeding of their gigantic aquarium, live parrots and their lovely garden in the back. I recommend this on if you have money to spend

China Buffet King is is located on Yonge Street just north of 16th Ave. They are pretty good.

I don't like Mandarin that much but I only tasted the one on Woodbine in Markham. It is more western style of buffet which most asians don't like that much.

For Japanese AYCE, you can try Wasabi across from Commerce Gate and the place on 16th and Warden Ave. I forgot the name of that restaurant. I will post again to tell you the name. I don't know if they are the best but they are good. Wasabi is half served for sushi sashimi, and etc and the rest is buffet to you. The other one I said is served.\

I used think Buffet King and Mandarin was the $hit when I was really young. That was until I realized what a $hit value it really is.

wahaha now that i look back on what i just wrote, i find it ironic that $hit can have just opposite meanings.
