Mine is "Rabbit-Proof Fence":

And they're pretty evenly matched in my head, first is Romulus, My father.

lol I tried watching that but I got confused everybody looked the same to me.

Romulus, My Father was crap. Random scenes all over the place.

Haven't seen "Lantana".
I also like "The Last Bullet" (1995) with Jason Donovan. Anyone seen that?

unfortunately i can't bring myself to watch australian movies yet. anyone watched the movie with Chopper Reed and his friend Neville 'Fvcking' Bartos? is it any good?

I didn't watch these Aussie movies by choice, they were forced onto me. Stupid school- made be watch Romulus, Lantana, Rabbit Proof Fence [damn, i hated that movie.]
