i think gujus are the most successful desis in north america. for instance, every howard johnson from LA to san francisco is owned by a Patel.

About 90% of cabs in NY and Chitown's are driven by Sikhs. Hindus, punjabi or gujaratis, are the ones that ride in it. They're the ones who keep those cabdrivers employed.
