You accomplish nothing by insulting North Indians and worshipping South Indians other than creating tension. India has many diverse people, all regions with it's own beauty and the one things most Indians are proud of is how such well these different groups live together as a single unified nation. from what i've heard, the north indian vs south indian drama doesnt even really exist in india, the uk or canada...at least not to the extent it does in america.

one would think that indians living in america, or anywhere else abroad would have more solidarity than they do...it's pretty sad...sorry, i know this is off topic.

but on topic, to reiterate what everyone else has said, what makes indians so beautiful is their diversity in appearance, therefore you will find beautiful indians all over the country, and in all skin colors. there are attractive and unattractive indians everywhere.

To be honest, I'm tired of reiterating this because Desis abroad will just say "you're just being politically correct. You know we (insert group here) are the hottest and it's the truth. You don't want to admit it" or they will just accuse you of being jealous.


The only reason why I bring up ethnicity is to freaking educate, not discriminate. It's not my problem that Desis abroad are clueless about so many Indian groups, YET they think they are in a position to decide who's the hottest and who's not when they haven't even seen everything. I'd generally agree there based on personal experiences. In India, not once have I seen people of different ethnicities have any tension and having lived in the UK all my life, it's the same, no tension (or very, very rare). Don't know about Canada personally.
