Instead of buying a movie dvd buy himesh reshammiya songs dvd. That should entertain you 100x more than a crappy bollywood movie.

Hmmm i'm not sure if you've seen these but the ones below are some of my faves although a couple are about 10 years old or so:

-Dilwale Dulhania Lejayange
-Kabhi Khusi Khabi Ghum
-Kal ho Na ho
-Veer Zaara
-Vivvaa
-kavi alvida na kehna(only for the songs)
-Hum tum
-Devdas

I also heard Metro and partner(both quite new) are really good and apparently partner is really funny although I haven't seen either.

Whatever you do, don't watch jhoom bharabar jhoom- was such a bad movie.

Unfortunately I actually paid $15 to see this at the cinemas too :S

The movie had no story line, made no sense, had no flow and purpose and overall completely pointless. It does have a good cast and that's why I was really looking forward to it. Also Amitabh Bachaan's character had no purpose and me and my friends still cant figure out what his character was for. The songs are ok but it's usually the one song over and over again. Overall pretty pointless movie and I wouldn't bother with it. Its about two characters who are waiting for the train and meet each other....and from there it just becomes ridiculous.

Reminds me of Shakalaka Boom Boom, that movie was going so well, and they totally flop the ending.

for real- you got a good story, and all of sudden because the ending is messed up, it end up spoiling the whole movie.
That is exactly what happened with Shakalaka Boom Boom- it seemed as if they ran out of ideas and just made sum crappy ending.

Buy the movie "Tamanna", it's worth the money.

Yeah where do you find Bollywood horrror movies? I've been getting interested in those. I've seen some short clips but thats about it. Anyone ever seen "Ho Sakta Hai" (about some witch)?

I like the Bollywood vampire & monster movies they look good. They give it a different twist than Western vampire movies (not that I'm a vampire or anything! )

I dont know if you like old movies or actors but movies with Rajesh khanna and dilip kumar are pretty good .None of todays actors can compare to these two,(Not even amitabh or shahrukh)good acting ,fantastic dialogue delivery and very versatile.Movies like Aradhna ,namak haram ,shakti, aadmi ,mughal e azam are classics.

I havent watched Bollywood for awhile but Kal Ho Naa Ho for sure. Thats a keeper.
