I used to have some zits. But I was a teenager, they went away by the time I reached my twenties.

One thing that I learned through my teens, though, is this: popping doesn't do jack$hit. A lot of times you see this angry zit and you think you should pop it, and that makes it worse. It's better to just leave it alone and it'll probably go away in a few days.

Don't shave them by accident. I completely forgot i had one cause my face was covered in shaving cream and I got an infected hair follicle.

you shouldn't pop your pimples.
it gets worse if you do imo.
i never have to experience this sort of thing yet but i would say...drink lots of water and wash your face 2 times a day.
one in the morning, and later after going to sleep.

Popping zits is an extremely bad idea. You can scar your face so easily.

i read rubbing your face with ice cubes (in a thin cloth) can help prevent pimples. as for getting rid of the ones you already have...drink plenty of water, eat fruit, wash your face twice daily..i heard a good face wash is BASIS, don't eat too much junk food, make sure you excrete regularly lol...smile and be happy...the buggers should go away

if you don't mind you can even do a face mask at home :P

Just wash your face 2 times a day. If you wash your skin a lot it will dry it out and your skin will produce more oil.
Oil more increases your chance of developing a pimple.
Drink a lot of water.
Don't pop.
Wash your face on a regular bases.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaah !!!!!!!!!
From what I've read from this forum :
Stick your head in a hot rice cooker.
Smudge your face w/ mashed potatos.
Rub your head w/ garlic cloves, like you'd rub garlic croutons.
Crack an egg on your face and spray some lemon juice on top !
AFers give the best advice !!!!!!!!

Excersize (lot's of face sweating) and Drinking water (about 1 gallon) works for me. Not sure which one it is though cuz I do them both at the same time. Back when I stopped excersizing, I gained alot of weight and started to have alot of pimples, sorta scarred parts of my face. Started to excersize again and it's smooth again.

( You have to take a shower afterwards though or else you could have more pimples!!

)
Keep your face clean too...just wash it when u think it's too shiny.

remember there are many causes for acne. bateria, oil, eating habits, blood circulation, stress, etc.
so here are my tips from my experience:
1. exercise regularly to get the blood flowing and circulation. not really weight lifting but stretching, warm ups, jogging, and pushups will be good.
2. wash your face 2-3 times a day.
3. eat healthy food like fruits, veggies, and most importantly make sure you DRINK a lot of water!! at least 8 cups a day.
4. sleep at least 8 hours.
5. take a deep breath and relax sometime and take away all the stress. kind of like a medication method. relax and remove all the bad memories and stuff. its a good feeling if you do it right.
6. get a facial. it hurts a lot but a lot of dirt and pores are removed. even if you have clear skin, you'll be surprised how much stuff is hidden inside.
follow these. its a good thing. stress results in acne so avoid that. do stuff you like sometimes and have fun.

http://health.yahoo.com/experts/skintype/8...rows-great-skinIt's true - you are what you eat! The health and appearance of your skin is as much a result of your diet as any cleansers or night cream. Try some of my favorite skin-friendly dishes tonight:
* Discover the versatility of salmon - baked, grilled, or served on top of your favorite salad, it's always high in omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3s are a wonderful way to hydrate your skin and puff out those fine lines. Their anti-inflammatory properties will also help minimize redness and skin irritation. (Don't like salmon? Try an omelet made with Omega-3-enriched eggs.)
* Flax seed is another great source of omega-3 fatty acids, particularly for vegetarians and vegans. You can grind the seeds and mix them in any recipe - baked goods, cereal, or smoothies, for example - or use flax seed oil (try adding a splash to your salad dressing!).
* Do you have oily skin? Toss a big salad full of leafy greens - they're high in vitamin A, which will help decrease oil production. Squash, carrots, and mangoes are among the other tasty treats that are rich in vitamin A. (Coffee and alcohol, on the other hand, can deplete your supply of this essential vitamin.)
* I've written about the importance of antioxidants in the past, but remember that a combination of topical and oral antioxidants is best. Enjoy mixed berries with a dollop of whipped cream for dessert tonight, for example, or pour yourself a glass of pomegranate juice. (And while this doesn't quite fall in the category of "dinner," consider taking a daily vitamin supplement with antioxidants, such as Olay Total Effects.)
* Instead of after-dinner coffee, why not brew a cup of green tea? It's a great source of antioxidants, too.
* Finally, whatever you decide to make for dinner tonight, be sure to wash it down with plenty of water to keep your skin's enzymes working well.
Wishing you great skin (and bon appetit)!
Kailin
