It can happen, only if U.S.A pulls out their military presence in S.Korea and will than both N & S Korea can start talks about unification and plans on how to combine the 2 Korea's and make it a fruitful association.

Actually, the China Boy is correct in his assessment.

Should Kim Jong Il is disposed, a new puppet regime will be installed by China PRC. The North Koreans are China's wild card to deal with US presence in South Korea & Japan.

If worst come to worst, China PRC could simply annex North Korea into its new satellite state, with automous power just like SAR Hong Kong or SAR Macau.

China and USA are playing a war game on each other. Unless either China or USA backs out on this fight, Korea will remain as North and South Korea.

Kim has recently opened up North Korea for South Korean tourists (formerly only available to minor individuals) although South Koreans are not free to roam around North Korea.

LOL your dreaming china man. China does not want a war at all, it gives the US diplomatic permission to attack China. This is why N.K. relations with China are deteriorating.

China has territorial ambitions and the world knows it. Just waiting until China moves and then you can kiss goodbye the Chinese military.

Any invasion of N.K. would result in S.K. and US attacking both N.K. and China. It will be the stepping stone the Americans need to attack China under good pretenses.
