The Incredible India As campaign is pretty interesting. Have been seeing them in various prestigious travel magazines for some time.

The Department of Tourism, Government of India has won the - PATA Grand Award, 2005, in the Heritage (HE) category, for the "Ajanta Ellora Conservation & Tourism Development Project", - PATA Gold Award, 2005, in the Print Media (AD-P) category, for the "Incredible-Taj" ads

woah. those are some of the most amazing photographs I've seen (especially the ones featuring the Taj Maha). the use of color is just incredible. i'm pretty sure they will do well to attract greater interest in India.
