Anyone watch the boxing anime called Fighting Ippo or whatever it's called? My good friend recommended it me.. me and him got similar tastes so i checked it out. At first I'm like man this anime looks outdated.. then the more i watched it, the more i loved it. It's mad funny yet exciting when it came to the boxing matches. Anyone else watch this?

I actually really loved Ippo. I had my doubts about it because I don't like boxing, but the characters are really lovable and it's really funny. I was sad when it ended. I wouldn't have minded more Ippo

i was very impressed w/ it. like you, i didn't think much of it at first because of the animation, and especially the way the character faces are drawn. but the storyline really pulls you in.

I was surprised at how "perverted" some of the humor was lol.

i thought it was licensed, where did yall dl it from? Or did yall buy it?
