Me and monique have the same skin tone
but my skin isnt half as healthy looking as her
I have these strech makes all over my thighs
and a un even skin tone the list goes on
i cant even wear swim suits or skirts without leggings
how would I go about getting my skin like hers?

any uh sugestions
or products i could use
mikekk86
First off, her photos are airbrushed....it's not real. In real life she has pores like any human being. But if u want your skin to look better....I suggest exercise first and foremost.

I was talking about your description of yourself.

But perfect skin is hard to achieve. It's alot of work and dollars, honey.

It's time and dedication and lots of dough. If you really wanted "perfect skin" you would be doing research, visiting your local Sephora store and making appointments with a dermatologist, not asking advice on a forum full of "experts".

So you want the results without the work? Sorry, you need to earn things!

I think if u really do research and are willing to pay some money, you should be fine without dermatologists and whatever a Sephora store is. Granted, don't listen to people who say to rub piss on your face to make it better. There are informative sites and products that will help you figure out what's best, though sometimes buying products will be a trail and error basis.

Overall, if you want good skin....you need to treat your skin from the inside out (internally as well as externally).

You could try cutting yourself as well.

Healed and regenerated skin looks better than dead ones.

Actually, it's partially true. You don't cut yourself, but you do remove dead skin cells. It's called microdermabrasion. You can just buy the cream if u want and clean your face by hand. It removes dead skin cells, cleans out pores and stimulates the skin to produce new skin cells.

like a facial scrub?
I should try that then

There's no magic potion sweetie. One little scrub will not get rid of: stretch marks, uneven skin tone, acne, etc. Being sexy is a full time job.
mikekk86
Yea, it's actually like rubbing wet sand from the beach on your face, except it's actually micro-sized crystals. Just use your fingers and do small circular motions on your face. Dead skin cells that are loose look bad and clog pores and cause infections. Those get removed. The dead skin cells that are gonna fall get removed as well. Your skin makes new skin that looks brand spankin' new and you just maintain that look.

Maintaining good skin is basically a "full time job." But you should really look at it as routine...like you brush your teeth everyday.

PB.
seriously, it starts with food. the creams and scrubs are just a supplement. i've had a dermatologist tell me this. you probably eat all kinds of bad $hit.
moobie
you have to eat well-

1 - get enough fiber
2 - have enough fruit/vegetables
3 - get lots of vitamin c
4 - omega-3 helps (10-15g? a day)
5 - drink enough water

and

1 - scrub your skin some, lightly. be careful with your face though, it'll scar if you do it too hard.

that's all i know.
minaaaa
take multivitamin tablets

for stretch marks: you cant get rid of them...sorry...but you can minimize their appearance by working out, drinking lots of water, etc...you can also try a self tanner all over your legs, which will even out the discolorations...since tanning hides stretch marks, this might be a good way to go. also try a good bodywash, since it will at least make your skin healthier looking.

for your face: i dont think you need microdermabrasion, since you are so young. just use a gentle cleanser on your face, and a good moisturizer, and you should be fine.

and i hope you know everyone who is telling you to cut yourself so new skin will form is not being serious. when you damage the skin in such a way that it undergoes trauma, it never heals back to its original state. it will always scar, and the deeper the cut, the worse the scar. eventually, and especially if you are darker skinned, you will be left with a hyperpigmented scar over the area of your cut.

and remember, whenever you pick a scab, a zit, etc, you push back the healing process of your skin 14 days...and the more you manipulate the healing tissue, the worse your scar will be.

they say models put preparation H or some type of supplement with caffeine on their skin before photoshoots, it's supposed to minimize pores or diminish stretch marks, i've heard...
