Like all history.......hMongs are always having inner conflict with itself.........but unlike other ppl out there......we never really last long during the good strong years....

By that i mean Hmongs as a whole.....where tribes are united from province to province as that of the:::: legend of SanMiao

the Hmong rebellion of the 18 hundreds
lll
lll
V
Where Hmongs united as one to fight off Chinese Warlords

Yes yes.....

they say Hmongs:: Don't know how to love one another
Hmongs are always stingy
Hmongs are too cruel to be leaders
Hmongs don't know a single crap about the goodness of community service or volunteering==> lookin out for their own pockets

At least not yet......

but y do guys think Hmongs never really succeeded in the long run......

I think.........the Hmongs are yet to reunite again...............the difference this time is the technology.....

so it wouldn't just be tribal alliances from hill to hill or region to region

It'll truly be "Peb Hmong"

again...wat do u guys think is bringing us down..

we're never be unite but our people and culture will always exist.

i guess like the elders always say,

"live near, use fire to burn, live far, arrive with the welcome of drink and wine."

meaning,

for example,

living with your siblings, you always get into arguments, fights and you always have that jealousy toward your siblings, but when you live far from them and they live far from you, you tend to miss and love them because i guess you miss them and like when you visit them, it seems like they treat you so nice.

it is hard to reunite all people of the Miao tribes since we speak so many dialects and we're so different.
the only time we can reunite and when we accept our differences because

there are some hmong out there who can't accept other hmong due to their differences in dialects, customs and religion.

new world religion like christianity eventually splitting our hmong people. if you ever noticed or hear or even see, hmong christian always have problem with hmong animists..vice versa. dialects always divide us since the hmong njua in thailand believe that other hmong are not from the same ethnic stock or not the same people even though traditions, history and languages are similar.

i also noticed, we are united in some way,
hmong at school tend to hang out with hmong people and whenever a hmong kid get beat up, it actually hurts to hear and see unless that boy is a gang or he or she started $hit.. but, hmong people tend to be close to their own people.

oh yea, the only reason why all Miao in China came together to fight against the Han Chinese and Manchu was because

the Han Chinese wanted to exterminate all people belong to the Miao Tribe and they wanted to assimilate the Miao Culture into the Han/Machu culture.

i guess that was the reason why in history, all Miao, from the east to the west came together to support one another during the chinese wars against the Miao people even though they speak different dialects and are totally different from one to another.

all Miao are proud of their heritage and culture.
go to china and you will see for yourself.

working, going to the market, at home, in the street, at the rice field,

all Miao especially the elders still cling unto their culture by wearing traditional Miao/Hmong clothings everyday...

the younger generations in china tend to be more han-like since they don't want to continue living as farmers so they assimilated or should i say integrated themselves into the urban han chinese way of life.

in all, the miao people are the strongest people ever.
San Miao = 3 Hmong which is why there are three main dialects,
the Hunan, Guizhou and Yunnan/Sichuan........

Hmong people don't know because there hasn't been a leader whom is cruel and dictate all things beneficial to the hmong people. You guys have to look at the Yellow Emperor, you have to be cruel like him to unite the people. Hmong people and other minorities was subjected to assimilation or at least abide by chinese rule and pay tributes. Ask yourself why most Chinese are so successful in business...

Understand that we're not the same people as Ghandi's or Martin Luther King's people. Cooperation can only be achieved under a sword.

You can keep dreaming on about a leader like Ghandi and Martin Luther King to unite the Hmong. Hmong people will never be united under such leaderships.

Whao ho ho!!! someone here's a radical....Is that true....that the hmongs will never get a leader like Ghandi or Martin luther king....well that's only because we haven't seen one yet.....it doesn't even have to be a leader for civil rights........we simply need a cultural anthroplogist who simply have the strong desire to reunite the Hmongs......

it is possible....hell yea....we did it before......it may have been underpressure from chinese warlords.....and it never lasted long....but we did it.....and with today's technology...communication is a click away..

It takes radicals to unite the people. All you have to do is take a look into history to find out your answers. In this current state, every man is for himself. No one cares about that... Hmong people has always been like this. That's why we can't achieve anything great like other people.

It's pointless to discuss any further with a child. Only dumb people will buy from a crooked salesman.
