So apparently Sam Rainsy thinks he has a pretty good chance of winning this year. His wife indicates that SRP and CPP may form a coalition.

SR claims that he isn't anti-Vietnamese. When I was in Cambodia listening to SR's speech on the radio he did sound very anti-Vietnamese though, but he was talking about illegal immigrants.
