These forces are govern by a code and goal: To fight for a democratic Laos.....some say they also want an independant Hmong nation.....that they wanted to break a piece of northern Laos up and make it a Hmong Nation along with making Laos into a Democracy....

These are part of the main reason for the confusions in the jungles of Laos...

There are stories of Chao Fa committing massacres....rapes....and burning... looting Hmongs

THIS IS BECAUSE THESE MEN ARE NOT CHAO FA....

they claim the name for rights and for scare tactics....and take advantage of other Hmong folks....they could very well be traitors as well from a revolutionary branch...I'm not sure

For this reason.....it creates distrust with other Hmong folks

Thus, many ppl think Chao Fa sides with the communist Lao forces

Others are hired by Communist Lao forces to kill Hmongs....some are told to kill or their families will be killed instead
