Not necessarily. Japanese were similar to White people in Asia? Also, it was a lot of white people that were actually conquered by whites, visigoths, barbarians, etc. So its everybody who fits that description, just that recently (couple 100 years) it was white people.
Don't confuse the Yanks and the Brits with "White people"! It's like saying
all Asians are responsible for the Japanese expansion and the Nanjing massacre, not to mention the Mongol raids.
Anyway, plenty "white" people are very tannable, like most of the people in the Mediterranean area, they're not exactly pale. It's only in the Nordic/Baltic area there's substantial depigmentation.
Ps. such people do exist:
pps. and she sure aint albino, and most "white" people aren't either, as it's genetical and can be determined easily. Whatta ridiculous idea.
