What you say is so true.
I have this journal that I call the happy journal and everytime I have done something fun or whenever something cheers me up, I write it in there and then when Im not so happy , I read it and I try to get active in doing those things.It really works sometimes.
But if that dont work, I try this other journal I have, called the sucky
First i write what all is getting me down, then I think of ways or attitudes that I can have to change them, so that Im happy again.
If that dont work, well, then theirs my faith.
Being happy is an effort sometimes.
