there will be no more patents in the future only a "first inventor" status it was decided because it steals a childs ability to explore science on his own and as a result puts america, eu, japan and other countries on an advantage. as long as the people come up with the idea on their own without referring to blueprints of any kind they will not have to pay for any patent. but the "first inventor" status will obviously remain for the person who came up with the idea first. the rules will not apply to movies and music copyright ofcourse.
