I'm just wondering when will they're be a wide array of ownership of HD/Plasma TV's? As well as digital broadcasting?

Because while I was over there, hardly I saw any evidence of strong HD ownership.

Since ABS-CBN and GMA TV are set to drop analog broadcasting in 2015, it's a matter of time.

my family owns a few plasmas, it's amazing watching eat bulaga on a plasma screen

but it's not hdtv, but here in the US, all TV stations will become Digital by next year already, there will no longer be any analog broadcasts for all channels, cable, antenna, satellite whatever, free via antenna or paid cable/ satellite / tivo service, it will all be digital

I know. I'm just saying the Philippines should be on par with most of the world with DTV, however it seems the Philippines seizes analog broadcasting by 2015, while the US does it in 2009.
