It does not matter. Her father brought WTO to Vietnam. It says all. And one thing for sure, I stayed with winner Ngo Phuong Lan and her mother in London, England for 1 week and I saw her everyday, because we we were there for the Miss Vietnam UK pageant where she ended as first runner up. I saw her every day with and without make up and she is UGLIER than most other contestants. She does not deserve the title as Miss vietnam world 2007. Full stop.

You sure have weird taste in looks. Ngo Phuong Lan looks beautiful, in that video she has little makeup if none
on at all and she still looks beautiful.
Stop being a whiner, whiners are losers. Stop making excuses for everything you don't agree with.

NPL wasn't the best looking compared to other contestants. However the way she looks and the way she presents herself radiates elegance and intelligence. I prefer those characteristics over look.

Dude, that's just your opinion, which I believe most would disagree. Ngo Phuong Lan appears to have the complete package: beauty, personality, and intelligence . Her crown is no fluke!
