I just recently started watching the show (it's pretty good so far, not really digging the hobo shoes on every character)

I don't want to waste time out of my life watching filler, so can anyone please tell me what episode number the filler arc begins and ends at?

Fillers start after the sasuke arc which ends at late 130s or early 140s, they go till 220.

So just start off with shippuden episode 1 if you already saw the fight between sasuke & naruto at the valley.
