Dude, eastern, I just visited some friends up in the Detroit area, and oh my gosh, it's such an ugly run-down town. Sorry, no offense, but that's the impression I got when I went there.

I do like the Ann Arbor area, where UMich is located. I think their college town is damn fabulous! Even better than this sh_thole called Bloomington where IU is.

Michigan allows cervid farming, has medical marijuana, the great lakes has pacific salmon, brown trout, brook trout, and rainbow/steelhead trout. land is kind of cheap not many people couple that with lenient gun laws i can easily prepare for the zombie apocalypse.
