I thought China already had moon plans.

I thought Japan only launched satellites into orbit and Japanese astronauts would use NASA or the Russian Space Agency whenever they go on missions.

Great, now they're going to go thier a also find it's nothing but a big rock in the sky. *sigh* Nothing like doing something that was already done.
