i doubt it will start soon, if you listen to vietnamese parents and grandparents they all want their children to become doctors and lawyers, or civil engineers or something with space. And despite being very good at math they all pursue this. I suggest developing some sort of gun culture in vietnam so the youth will be more interested in developing new and awesome weapons
