(Lower East Side - WABC, September 28, 2007) - NYPD officials say a brothel targeted teens at a Lower East Side high school, handing out cards with a topless woman and offering steep discounts for sexual deeds.
Authorities say a phone number on the card directed perspective buyers to a game hall located at 39 Eldridge Street, where the customers would buy playing cards they could then trade for favors from immigrant prostitutes.
Officials say the brothel was recently shut down by police after outraged parents complained that their sons at Pace High School were being targeted.
The pingpong hall was allegedly run by 47-year-old Benjie Zheng and 48-year-old Ming Liuchang.
The men would try to lure students to the Robo-Pong Training Center by distributing business cards outside the school, authorities said. On the cards was printed only a contact number, an image of a topless woman and the word, "Good."
Zheng and Liuchang allegedly recruited immigrant women off the street to work in hidden rooms at the center, whose hours were reportedly posted on a sign adorned with rulers and pencils and the words "School Days."
Police say the men were arrested in a September 18 sting operation, along with two suspected prostitutes and 46-year-old Heng Yu Ye, who owned the parlor.
Two undercover detectives reportedly paid cash after Zheng told them, "You can pick any of these girls for sex, and it will cost you $35," according a criminal court complaint.
Police say customers allegedly paid fees ranging from $35 to $60 in exchange for a playing card.
The rates were apparently designed to attract students.
"It was obvious that they were targeting young students, because the prices were so low," a police official told the New York Post. "Most brothels charge at least $100."
Once a customer made his way to the back rooms, police say he was greeted by a choice of two prostitutes, who took the card as payment for services rendered.
The women allegedly would return the cards to Zheng at the end of their shifts, receiving $15 for each one.

How would the police official know how much it actually cost unless he is a customer?
These 2 guys who are the owners stabbed alot of asian males in the back such as jackie chan once saying " i want chinese culture to be promoted across the world by having foreign men marry chinese women"...
Anywho , I hope these 2 guys get beaten by their own community.
